At Peterborough Farmers’ Market

Veggies at the farmers' market

Just confirmed that we’ll be at Peterborough Farmers’ Market for the summer season. That’s May through October. CSA members will be able to pick up there, as an option in addition to directly from the Farm (other pick-up spots and home delivery will be decided a little later, probably by the end of April). More news about the Market as it happens!

Will it be possible to come to the farm on a certain day of the week to buy direct, rather then go all the way to the farmer’s market–(I live just soulth of Lakefield.)?

Keep up the great work!!!! Judith

Yes, absolutely. We’re still working out days and hours for the farm stand. That should be open around late June, and it will be announced here on the web site.

You’re also welcome to come by just about any time. On most days, you can call ahead, place an order, and have it ready for pick-up at a certain time. Or drop by and have it harvested on the spot. You can even walk around the fields to see what you want!

Or, come by in the late afternoon or early evening on Fridays when we’re finishing the big weekly harvest.

We’re pretty flexible. With really local tiny farming, everything can be one-to-one! :)

The first field crops, salad greens (mesclun) and maybe the spinach, should be ready around the end of May! Weekly veggie availability will be posted here on the site.
